Cancellation Policy
A customer can cancel their order anytime before the cut-off time slot allotted by our customer service when placing an order. In such cases, we will refund and reverse any payments already made by you.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction that defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we could cancel such orders at our sole discretion. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
Return Policy
These items are non-returnable due to the consumable nature of the products.
However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, different, or wrong item being delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.
We may contact you to verify the damage or defect in the product before we issue refunds/replacements.

In the unlikely event that you face a quality-related issue with any Rentio product purchased online or from an authorized retail store, we offer an exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

To maintain product quality, we request all customers to store the products in a cool, dry place immediately after purchase. Products damaged due to improper storage may not be eligible for exchange.
